| Production process: manually put the bottle on the conveyor belt, and then enter the conveyor track. The bottle enters the indexing plate through the track. After the bottle is detected, it is filled by 10 servo piston pumps. After filling, it enters the lower cover capping station (the capping machine is a vibration plate) through the indexing plate. The 10-head wire cutting capping head performs pressing and spinning, which is controlled by a servo motor and the capping torque is adjustable; it is automatically output after the capping is completed. |

6. The stainless steel part of the whole machine is mainly made of SUS304 surface brushed material, and the part in contact with the material is made of SUS316 or food-grade pipe. It is simple and quick to disassemble and assemble, easy to clean, and meets food hygiene requirements.
