Machine working process:
Automatic cup drop——automatic filling——automatic sensor calibration/positioning——automatic capping——manipulator out of cup to production conveyor belt
Function:
1. Adopt PLC and touch screen, easy to control and operate.
2. Electric and pneumatic combined drive, stable performance, can automatically complete the robot system for feeding cups, filling, capping, and cups, with high automation and high efficiency.
3. It adopts flow meter/screw filling, high filling precision, easy cleaning and maintenance, stable and durable.
4. It is designed with an insulated hopper system to meet the fluidity of the material for filling. The screw pump feeding system is adopted, which can realize automatic feeding from the mixer/storage tank to the loading hopper, ensuring good and stable operation
5 Equipped with a vacuum manipulator to pick and place caps for capping, simple and stable; different system settings in different sizes, easier to operate and machine durable
6. Considering different container sizes, we have designed different cap feeding systems for each container, which is convenient for production switching and maintenance.
7. The main components are all famous international brands, such as Airtac, Delta and so on. It has incomparable advantages such as low failure rate, stable and reliable performance, and long service life.
