Overview:
This series of products is suitable for side labeling of flat bottles, square bottles or similar objects in pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, chemical and other industries. This series of products can complete the functions of automatic bottle separation, label feeding, label separation, labeling and automatic printing of batch numbers. The labeling machine adopts electromechanical integration technology, selects large torque step motor or servo motor drive and imported photoelectric control PLC programming control system. It can guarantee accurate, stable, reliable and efficient labeling.
Features:
1. Microcomputer servo labeling system, fast response, stable operation for a long time without stopping.
2. System inspection function: lack of label, label broken tape, label missing sheet, emergency stop, frequency conversion abnormality, printing machine lack of ribbon, all of which can be detected and stopped at any time.
3. The I/O self-check function can display all the photoelectric signals of the system and control the motor operation independently, which greatly shortens the maintenance time and reduces the maintenance cost.
4. Using stepless speed control, the conveying speed changes, and the labeling speed is automatically adjusted without moving the labeling electric eye.
5. The whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which fully complies with the requirements of GMP regulations.
