Scope of application:
This monoblock liquid filling machine is suitable for liquid filling and sealing of small bottles of 1-100ml, such as cosmetics industry: vials, essential oil bottles, oral liquid bottles, etc.
Structure and features:
1. This monoblock liquid filling machine is specially designed for the filling and sealing of small doses of liquids in cosmetics, medicine, food, and chemical industries. It is suitable for 1-10ml (outer caps are the same); Need to adjust any mechanical part of the equipment, just need to adjust the filling volume on the touch screen.
2. The filling station adopts high-precision peristaltic pump (piston pump) for metering, which has the advantages of convenient cleaning and disinfection; it can quickly switch when filling different liquid materials.
3. The stopper and the outer cover are discharged by the vibrating plate; the automatically arranged stopper and cover are put into the bottle mouth by the robot.
4. The sealing station can customize screw caps or aluminum caps according to customer products.
5. The circular conveyor adopts PVC belt surface to run smoothly and safely
6. Save labor, this machine only needs one person (one hand to put the bottle and one hand to take the finished product) to complete the production.
7. The front and back of the machine can be equipped with a robot feeding robot and a bottle taking device to complete bottle feeding and rear labeling or packaging docking.
